We had a fantastic afternoon in Sydney yesterday with over 220 delegates attending the Contact Centre Best Practice Key Findings Presentation, very kindly hosted by Andrew Aoukar and PwC Australia.

A huge thank you to Maurice Zicman, Adam Spence, Daniel Harding, Daniel Kimber, Samantha Middlebrook, Justin Tippett, Nadine Power, Julie-Anne Hazlett, Andrew Aoukar and Sean McGinn for delivering such insightful and engaging presentations, and also to James Witcombe and Stephanie McLean for doing such a great job organising, compering and presenting!

The Best Practice tour is hitting Melbourne tomorrow for it's final show and we can't wait to see everyone!
