PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE

 

The Personal Assistant (PA) provides comprehensive administrative support to an executive or a team, ensuring the efficient operation of daily activities. The PA serves as a key point of contact, managing schedules, communications, and various tasks to facilitate organisational effectiveness and enhance productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.

Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative role.

Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Highly proactive with a strong sense of initiative.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.


Working Conditions:

This position typically operates in an office environment. Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines or support special projects. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary based on the needs of the executive.
