Outbound Sales Representative Role
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identify and research potential clients to build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to prospective customers
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
Sales Process Management: Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Performance and Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and activity goals
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Representative or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
