National Sales Manager Role

 

The Head of Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the company's sales performance and developing a robust sales strategy.

This position requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and manage a high-performing sales team while fostering strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and have a proven track record in achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market presence.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Performance Monitoring: Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team; monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.


Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably as Head of Sales or similar position.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications

Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
