Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Accounts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key national accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned national accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within major accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Sales Performance: Set and monitor sales targets for regional account managers
- Analyze sales data and trends to inform strategy and decision-making
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support regional managers to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to implement strategies for new products
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings according to company standards
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams
- Negotiate contracts and address specific customer needs
- Market Intelligence:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Provide regular reports to senior management on account performance and market insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in national account management or similar role
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite1
