As a Solutions Architect / AI & CX Technology Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping how businesses use AI and automation to optimise their contact centres. You’ll work closely with potential clients and proposals from inception, helping them understand their challenges and designing tailored solutions that improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Your expertise in AI, analytics, automation, and gamification will be essential in delivering meaningful change.
You’ll collaborate with leading vendors like AWS, Genesys, NICE, Verint (and others) to implement the latest technology. With a strong mix of technical know-how and commercial understanding, you’ll be able to translate complex solutions into clear, actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
This is a fully remote role
, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere when not travelling. You’ll be part of a supportive and innovative team that values fresh perspectives and is committed to empowering women in tech.
About you:
- A background in solution architecture, process optimisation, and CX technologies.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to understand business needs and create smart, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience with AWS, Genesys, NICE, or Verint is highly regarded.
- BPO or contact centre experience is a bonus but not essential.
