Sales Representative - Flooring

With over 45 years' of experience our client has led the Australian market and continues to provide high quality carpet underlay and hard flooring products for both residential and commercial markets.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the State Sales Manager you will be responsible for growing our clients portfolio of products and building market share with buying groups and independent retailers across across Sydney and regional NSW areas

Some of your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
- Maintain and build long lasting relationships with key accounts
- Identify new product and customer opportunities
- Assist with training retail staff to drive sales growth
- Market analysis and sales reporting

ABOUT YOU:
Our ideal candidate is a customer centric relationship builder who has proven sales experience ideally from within a retail flooring store or with a background in on-road sales selling into retail chains, franchises or buying groups.  You will also possess the following:  

- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Sales experience within flooring highly desirable

THE PERKS:
- Base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 + Super (flexible subject to exp) + Bonus
