This is a fast-paced phone
based sales position which focusses on tailoring solutions to customers to suit their needs. You will be responsible for closing deals and will have the freedom
and responsibility
to manage your own pipeline! This position works purely off hot leads
and there is no cold calling required
in this role.
What's in it for you?
- Competitive salary base of $55 - $65k + uncapped commissions + super (OTE is $80 - $90k + Super)
- Hybrid position offering flexibility between Dandenong based office and the comfort of your own home
- A sales role with NO cold calling
- A 4-week training and onboarding program as well as a supportive management team
- Full-Time Permanent position
- Monday - Friday hours between 8:00am - 4:30pm
About you
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a personality to match this exciting brand. Energetic, fun, bubbly and vibrant! You will also require:
- A minimum of 1 year in a similar sales role (Phone-Based)
- A hunger for commissions
- A proven track record of success
- An outgoing personality
