This role will see you following up on warm leads and existing business clients via phone and email, converting leads into sales opportunities.
You can expect to perform the following tasks:
- Provide product demonstrations online to prospect customers where required.
- Cross-selling, up-selling, collecting customer data and leveraging customer insights, to deliver first-class service to all stakeholders.
- Quote and follow-up on existing quotes with customer within acceptable timeframes
- Building trusting relationships where your client is comfortable sharing and you can then provide solutions.

- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous
- Contact Centre Sales or Customer service experience is highly advantageous.
