Our client is passionate about visual storytelling, with each photography session tailored to be unique. They focus on allowing customers to express their individuality and personality, capturing their true essence in every shot.
The Role:
In this position, you'll be connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in or submitted inquiries about a photo shoot, as well as those who have received gift vouchers from the company.
This role isn’t just about booking photo shoots; it’s about understanding each customer's story and showing them how we can document this special chapter in their lives.
Key Requirements:
- Sales experience is required for this role, you need to be confident with phone-based sales and directing conversations.
- Outbound call experience is a plus.
- Call center or phone-based experience is essential.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for growth are highly valued.
- You must be available to work up to 40 hours per week
- As this role is remote you need to have excellent internet connection and a quiet space to work
Must be available for all time slots mentioned below (Work up to 40 hours per week, excluding lunch breaks, the role will always be between 32-40 hours).
Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6:30pm (availability between these times)
Minimum of 2 evening shifts per week (6:30pm finish)
1 Saturday shift per fortnight (09:30am-4:30pm)
