Our client is a class-leading FMCG company dominating its vertical in grocery/food and beverage, not just here in Australia but also internationally.
Due to internal progression, there is now an opening for a new National Business Manager/Key Account Manager to join their team.
As a National Business Manager, you will be the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders, managing not only large retail clients but also independents and smaller chains.
To be a successful NBM, you will use data to make informed decisions and work with your clients and partners to create plans to grow the brand and market share. This will be done through a range of initiatives like smart advertising and activations, as well as SKU growth and refinement based on needs and future trends.
What we are looking for:
- Solid FMCG experience in Key Account Management
- National brand management would be advantageous
- Experience in grocery or F&B
- An understanding of how major retailers work
- A passion for the food and beverage industry
- Experience in competitor analysis and proof of using data and results to make informed future decisions
About the position:
- Monday to Friday business hours
- Northern suburbs office
- Flexibility to shape your day to what you need to be successful
- Base salary of $130,000 - $150,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience)
