About the role?
We are looking for a dedicated Member Services Officer
who will provide exceptional service to members through various channels, including phone calls and written correspondence. Your responsibilities will also include processing claims, as well as maintaining up-to-date records of all member communications. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Previous experience in a claims processing role, highly desirable
- Previous experience within health insurance, desirable but not essential
- Strong customer focused attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a phone-based customer service role
