Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will work closely in a team of 4-5 based in their Richmond office.
This is an amazing opportunity to work in a unique and key role within the wider customer service and sales support team. You will be the conduit between sales, production and design. The
Internal Manufacturing Estimator is responsible for customer service and analysing architectural and structural drawings to prepare material utilisation. This includes managing order life cycles, administration tasks, inventory management & much more. This role is an internal role providing solutions, analysing drawings and working with the sales, design and production teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company in a professional, positive, and friendly manner whilst demonstrating a relentless desire to achieve business goals and objectives.
This is a full-time permanent role with an ASAP start, Mon - Fri, 9AM - 5PM (Flexible).
Please note this role will be relocating to Essendon in late 2025 to their new purpose-built site.
About you:
• • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing/construction space
• Prior experience in estimation and the ability to analyse and interpret drawings/plans
• Experience using 2D CAD Software (Highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a technical mindset
• A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
