About the role?
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Consultant who will provide exceptional service to members through various channels, including phone, email and online webchat. This role combines customer service and soft sales, focusing on responding to inquiries, processing banking requests, and promoting products and services to deliver an enhanced experience for members.
About you?
- 1 year experience in banking or financial services in a phone based customer service role
- Have a genuine passion for customer service and building a rapport
- Be tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems with ease
- Have the ability to learn and retain detailed product information, previous banking experience is desirable
- RG416 is highly desirable however is not a requirement (can be completed during training)
