We are seeking a detail-oriented Tour Administration Coordinator with experience in the travel or hotel industry, to join their friendly and collaborative team. You'll work closely with the Product, Operations, and Reservations teams to ensure seamless delivery of tours, and play a key role in managing their travel packages.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth tour operations
- Managing tour inventory and supplier interactions
- Generating and distributing accurate manifests and daily reports
- Responding to inquiries from Reservations and suppliers
- Prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Experience in travel, tourism, or the hotel industry
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team
