The Career Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join this organisation’s passionate, experienced, and people-focused leadership team. In this role, you will ensure the company’s processes meet industry standards and regulations while offering valuable leadership guidance to the wider business.
You will be responsible for reviewing and approving policies, procedures, and marketing materials to ensure they comply with relevant regulations. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of new compliance processes in response to legislative changes. Your role will also involve providing staff training, managing the complaints process, and overseeing compliance reporting to ensure the company maintains consistent standards.
Experience Requirements:
- Leadership qualities displayed in line with the organisation's values
- Previous experience in managing incidents, breaches, and compliance risks
- In-depth knowledge of Australian Financial Services licence requirements
- Tier 2 qualification in General Insurance or related insurance qualifications (preferred)
