The position: 

  • As a Collections Officer, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring outstanding payments are recovered while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Handling inbound and outbound collection calls from loyal customers
  • Negotiating payment plans and offering impactful solutions for your customers 
  • Managing disputes with professionalism and empathy
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Adherence to compliance measures and industry regulations is essential in this role, ensuring all collection activities are conducted ethically, fairly, and in line with legal requirements.
  • Your ability to balance firm but fair collection strategies with compliance and customer care will be key to your success.
