The position:
- As a Collections Officer, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring outstanding payments are recovered while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Handling inbound and outbound collection calls from loyal customers
- Negotiating payment plans and offering impactful solutions for your customers
- Managing disputes with professionalism and empathy
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Adherence to compliance measures and industry regulations is essential in this role, ensuring all collection activities are conducted ethically, fairly, and in line with legal requirements.
- Your ability to balance firm but fair collection strategies with compliance and customer care will be key to your success.
