About the role
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely and fair resolutions. You’ll also be the internal point of contact for all claims-related queries, owning the day-to-day operations of the claims department.

- Manage the full lifecycle of insurance claims - from lodgments and assessments, through to final settlement and payment.
- Communicate with clients to gather relevant documentation to support claim outcomes.
- Monitor claim progress and proactively follow up to avoid delays and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with Managers, Brokers, and Account Executives to support business operations.
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation within internal systems.
- Proven experience in end-to-end claims management is essential
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and policy interpretation
- Excellent communication and client service skills
