These positions will commence on 28th April, and you must be able to start on this date for training!

- Be the first point of contact for members to accurately receive and collect information about their new insurance claims
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat providing empathy, professionalism and understanding to all
members at all times - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Update and manage customer information using various systems
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality service delivery
- Previous customer service experience and ability to build rapport
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
- Ability to deal with conflict in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficient in using multiple systems and Office suite
- Full working rights and ability to work 38 hours per week
