About the Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in sales, and is eager to make a real impact by expanding the company’s presence across Queensland.
As a Business Development Manager, based in Wacol, Brisbane, you’ll be out in the field, meeting clients and building relationships to grow the brand’s presence in the region. Your focus will be on hunting for new business through outbound sales, while also leveraging existing relationships to drive growth and increase market share.
You will manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to quoting, negotiations, and closing deals. Additionally, you’ll provide insights and feedback to help shape the business strategy and sales approach, directly contributing to the company’s growth.

- Competitive salary package of $90,000 - $100,000 + super + uncapped commission + company vehicle. Expected earnings of $130,000-$160,000
