The Role & Key Requirements
As the Account Manager , you will be liaising with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the product and assess where there’s room for revenue growth. To be successful in this position, you need to be a "people person" who loves to build relationships and make connections.
You will also require:
- A similar customer care/account management/sales role
- The ability to read, assess and interpret data to re-engage or up-sell products.
- The availability to travel and visit key clients.
- Either knowledge of facilities management or experience in IT software sales is looked upon favorably.
