DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST ROLE

 

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. The role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and technical expertise to drive brand awareness and lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare reports detailing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence; create and schedule posts to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Creativity: Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
