DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE

 

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales for the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development and Execution
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on ROI and KPIs
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve conversion rates and user experience
  • Content ManagementOversee the creation and distribution of engaging digital content across various platforms
  • Manage the company's social media presence and develop strategies to increase engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective landing pages and optimize user funnels
  • Team Leadership and CollaborationLead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed
  • Budget ManagementDevelop and manage digital marketing budgets
  • Allocate resources effectively across various digital channels
  • Industry Trends and InnovationStay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve marketing effectiveness


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
