What do you like to do in your spare time:
My favourite thing is to cook, I spend most of my spare time cooking group meals for my friends. Aside from this I spend the majority of my spare time outside of work socialising with my friends, going out for dinner or to festivals.
Some philosophies on recruitment:
When recruiting I try to look at how the candidate would fit into the position from a cultural perspective rather than solely relying on their experience or background. When a candidate fits well into a current team then they tend to have a better experience overall in the position and overall perform better. When applying and interviewing for positions a positive perspective and genuine enthusiasm for the position is key, this is what sets you aside from other applications.
