Account Manager Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth through account expansion and retention. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns

- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions

- Forecast and track key account metrics to drive business strategy and decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and renewals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and conferences
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
