JAMES WITCOMBE

James is a Director at award winning recruitment agency SMAART Recruitment and Founder of The Candidate Coach, a new digital coaching platform for job seekers.


The first full time employee at SMAART starting in November 2005, James is an innovator, thought leader and consistent contributor back to the industry community being a long term councillor with the RCSA and works closely with NFPs such as Fitted For Work.


Five years ago James wanted to give back to the contact centre industry and had an idea of a comprehensive report benchmarking what best practice looks like in contact centres. The third edition of The Contact Centre Best Practice Report published in February 2022 comprises seventeen chapters with over 1000 surveys completed from over 200 contact centres, providing the most insightful look into the operations of Australian contact centres.


Outside of work James is busy raising four children and mowing a lot of lawn on his "Hustler" ride on mower.

SEAN MCGINN

Sean spent 20 years working in operations at one of the world’s best-known organisations, General Electric. There, he learned the art and science of operational leadership, and how to improve systems of work in order for people to harness their potential and deliver unforgettable experiences.


Sean has worked with teams of up to 300 people across Australia and overseas. His experience covers brand launches, embedding new vision and values, new product introductions, technology implementations and migrations, and building amazing customer and employee experiences.


Sean is genuine and authentic, and provides clients with the structure and coaching they need to bring possibilities to life. The result is human-centred, customer-focused solutions that provide great experiences and deliver better results by identifying and removing wasteful processes and systems of work. 


Outside of work, Sean spends his spare time learning Spanish, playing guitar and perfecting sourdough.
